.I am a self taught artist that got hooked on art in the ‘80s folk art craze. I have explored oils, and acrylics but settled on watercolour as my medium. There is such unpredictability as water, paint and paper merge. It can be unforgiving and at the same time magical. I live on the vibrant Pacific Coast and grew up on the rugged Atlantic Coast. My paintings reflect that bright, alive, colourful world. I see the humorous side of life as do my paintings.
